...or at least I imagine it does...
And I'm not talking Mrs. Butterworth.
I'm talking REAL maple syrup.
Tapped from the source.
That was the little piece of heaven I received in my Foodie Penpal box this month. Thank you to NJ at A Cookie Before Dinner I not only received farmer's market local maple syrup from Justamere Tree Farm but I received all these other goodies:
I was just overwhelmed not only by the variety but quality and deliciousness of everything in the box - sweet and savory, commercial and locally made.....yum yum
NJ also included the sweetest letter telling me about all the prodcuts and why she selected each. She also included photos from the local farmer's market, so I could see the artisans behind the amazing food. And as a bonus she sent recipe cards and the adorable flyer for their Tuesday Market.
If you haven't looked into joining The Lean Green Bean's monthly Foodie Penpal program I encourage you to do so. A maximum of $15 on goodies you want to share with a fellow blogger (or blog reader there are no limitations). This was my second time doing it and I'm sure it won't be my last.
