Chili Verde

The original recipe is my uncle Andy's but over time, and making it my own, this is how I make chili verde for my family:

Ingredients: boneless country pork ribs, green roasted chilies, verde salsa, Mexican spiced diced tomatoes, chipotle chilies in adobe sauce, onion, garlic, garlic salt and black pepper.

Chop onions and sauté in olive oil with garlic and green chilies
Cube ribs and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then brown in pan with onions (just brown do not need to cook through)
Everyone in the pool!! (only about one chipotle...maybe two depending on how much kick you want. These can be very spicy). Cook on the back of the stove (med-low) for five or six hours. Can also be done in the crockpot overnight.

Enjoy on a salad, with tortilla chips, in flour tortilla, as a taco...however you want! Yum Yum
