Waffle Hashbrowns

This weekend we made waffle iron hashbrowns from tator tots!!
Place a layer of semi-frozen tots on a hot waffle iron (with a bit of Pam sprayed on it) and close shut (okay so we had more than a layer and ended up putting a cast iron pan on top to keep it closed. haha)
After only five minutes (about how long it takes to scramble some eggs) they're ready to serve. Nice and crispy and super fun looking!
